• Your submitted exercise will not be considered/counted if:

▪ It is not in the required format (.doc or docx.)
▪ It does not open, or file is corrupt.
▪ It is copied (partial or full) from any source (websites, forums, students, etc.)
Learning Outcome:
After completing this exercise, you shall be able to:
• Understand off-page optimization.
• Practice link opportunities.
• Practice guest posting.
• Practice blog commenting.
Please note that there are six parts of this exercise. You are required to complete all parts.
Scenario:
You are supposed to select an android App of your choice from play.google.com. You can choose any App from the store having downloads between 500K to 1 million. The goal is to find a medium level App which is struggling to rank higher. After selecting the App, start analyzing the ASO factors, which you have learned, for that App. Prepare a report explaining all the problems with the App and analysis on the ASO factors for that App. Factors can be App title, App description, App icon etc.
Tasks
1. Select an android App of your choice from play.google.com.
2. The App should have downloads between 500K to one million.
3. It should be a medium level App, which is struggling to rank higher.
4. Start analyzing ASO factors for the selected App.
5. Create a report explaining the problems with the selected App.
6. Include all the analyzing factors in report. Which you have practiced above.
7. Factors can be App title, App description, App icon etc.
8. Submit your report on time.
NOTE:
1. This Hands-On Exercise will be evaluated based on the procedure and steps that you shall follow during the exercise.
2. Create MS Word file of snapshots/screenshots that you have created.
3. You can also use your existing Google account or create a new account.
